The Spiritual, operational, financial, and property matters of the church are overseen by the Board of Elders. The Board provides the general leadership necessary for all activities of the church.

The Board shall consist of five elected members of the church, plus the Senior Pastor, for a total of six. The Senior Pastor’s position on the Board is one among equals. The other Board positions are as follows and are determined by selection within the Board as a self organizing entity.
